This policy describes how Maillard'Coon/Pretty Lynx (Larisa Ananyeva, Rue du Mont 4, 2852 Courtételle, Switzerland) processes the personal data of visitors to this site, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (LPD, revised as of September 1, 2023) and, where applicable, the European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Legal notices

This site is published and operated by Larisa Ananyeva, operating under the name Maillard'Coon / Pretty Lynx, Rue du Mont 4, 2852 Courtételle, Switzerland - cat breeding Maine Coon registered with the SFNJ and affiliated with the Fédération Féline Helvétique (FFH). 2. Data collected

We only collect data that you voluntarily transmit to us, in particular via the contact form (name, e-mail, subject and message). This information is used only to respond to your request and is not sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. As an anti-spam security measure, the IP address of contact form senders is briefly stored (limit of 5 messages per hour), then automatically deleted after 24 hours at the latest.

3. Cookies and external content

This site does not use advertising tracking cookies. Some content (Google Maps, YouTube video) is hosted by third-party services and is only loaded after an explicit click on your part — no data is transmitted to these services until you have chosen to load the content in question. This site measures its traffic strictly anonymously and without cookies: no IP address is stored, no data is transmitted to a third party service. These statistics also include, in a strictly aggregated and anonymous manner, the type of device (mobile, tablet, computer), the approximate country of origin (deduced from the IP address at the time of the visit, via a locally hosted correspondence table, without calling on a third party service) and the average duration of page consultation. The IP address itself is never recorded: it is only used for a moment, in memory, to deduce the country and an anonymous identifier of the day, then it is immediately forgotten.

Once loaded, these services may set their own cookies and process your IP address, in accordance with their own privacy policy (Google, YouTube). As these services are provided by American companies, a transfer of data to the United States may take place on this occasion; Google is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, recognized as offering an adequate level of protection within the meaning of the LPD.

4. Shelf life

Messages sent via the contact form are kept for the time necessary to process your request, then deleted. Anonymous attendance statistics are kept for a maximum of 13 months. Spam security logs (IP address) are deleted after 24 hours at the latest.

5. Accommodation

This site is hosted in Switzerland. The data transmitted via the contact form is sent by e-mail and is not stored in a database on this site.

6. Your rights

In accordance with the LPD and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose data concerning you. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@maillardcoon.ch. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Transparency Officer (PFPDT), the Swiss supervisory authority for data protection (www.edoeb.admin.ch).
